I just got back from the gym. Holy out of shape! I had taken a good bit of time off since I had gotten sick, but I had no idea how far back into a hole I put myself. Nevertheless, I did a solid 30 minutes (15 biking/15crosstraining) with a 5 minute cool down, and a half hour of yoga.
I guess I'll just have to build it back up. I don't want to see how phooey my racketball skills have become. The guys would give me such crap for it :(

I love when the boss is gone. I get to catch up on some emails, talk to the girls, shop online.. sigh, it's just so nice. So, this weekend was a great, typical Phoenix weekend. It consisted of video games and bbq with the boy on Saturday, a badass "get my hotness on" workout Sunday morning, a swim in the pool, a historical museum and a nice lunch with a good friend.
God, when life is good... it's really good.
So this week is looking to be pretty tame. Going to spend a good amount of time at the gym, have some drinks Friday night.  I picked some new skirts at ON, let me know what you think! I'll post pics me in them when I get them in :)

What are you today?

I picked up a racket today for the first time in a year. I picked up a little green ball and went into the courts. Those of you who know me for more than a year now, know that raquetball and I have a long history. We love each other, we hate each other, we abuse each other and then we break up.
I went into the courts, and it was so familiar. My serve is still there, my forehand needs work, my backhand has gone to shit. I need to build up my stamina, that's for sure.
I thought it would come back fairly quickly, but it needs work.
I worked out a total of 3.5 hours this weekend. Yowza. Nice to be back on the wagon. I hope you all are having a kickass weekend. Back to the grind tomorrow.
